Todd Hodgen
President / Founder
An early entrant into the interconnect industry, Hodgen has held positions throughout the telecommunicatons industry over the past 33 years. Mr. Hodgen has works in various positions from Service Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, Director of Engineering, Sales Account Manager, and Business Owner during his career. He has a broad experience in most aspects of the telecom industry and speaks voice and data engineering principals fluently.
In 1981, he was the owner and founder of one of the first Interconnect companies in Washington State, leading the company to successfull and profitable sales during one of the Nations toughest economic times.Mr. Hodgen holds a patent for the successful design of a wireless safety product that he developed with Misiu Systems.
Telecommunications sales success has been in virtually all areas of telecommunications, with an emphasis on vertical markets in Healthcare, Education, Government and Wireless. His most successful sale was the INET Network for King County Washington for $22 million dollars. Today, he leads Misiu Systems LLC (founded 2002) in the development of VOIP products and services for Small, Medium and Enterprise Business's throughout the United States.

A pioneer of successful startups, Randy Boroughs has executed marketing, product management and engineering strategies for over 25 years. Boroughs has deep security software expertise, having held executive positions at Aventail, the vision leader in the SSL VPN industry and Internet security systems, 4 years as Vice President of Product Management for WatchGuard Technologies, Director of Marketing for GTE Network Management Organization, and Director of Product Planning for Attachmate Corporation.
